Splendid Travel is looking for a qualified and experienced Visa Services Coordinator to join our operations team in Cairo.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Respond to visa-related inquiries from clients promptly and accurately.</li><li>Provide full support in organizing and processing client documents for visa applications.</li><li>Assess and evaluate visa applications based on the latest embassy guidelines.</li><li>Willingness to work both in-office and in the field as needed.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Strong understanding of visa requirements and application procedures.</li><li>Minimum 2 years&rsquo; experience in a similar tourism role.</li><li>Fluent in English.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple client files with attention to detail.</li><li>Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.</li><li>Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.</li></ul>Location: Heliopolis &ndash; CairoApply now: hr.support@splendid-travel.orgJob Type: Full-time
