The Opportunity
As a member of the regional sales team, the Territory Manager will be responsible leading the strategy within an assigned territory to accomplish planned objectives as to sales volume, market penetration, and profitability while ensuring alignment and collaboration across the team and with sales leadership. The incumbent will work in a highly matrixed, geographically diverse environment under general direction with clinical and sales teammates to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities by creating competency, comfort, and expertise with Abbott therapies among physicians, support staff and customers. Production Specialist Operator - 12-Hour Nights

SHIFT
12-hour night shift - 6:00pm to 6:30am &ndash; with rotating onsite days
Example of rotating schedule:<ul><li>
Week 1: Sun, Wed, Thurs</li><li>
Week 2: Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat</li></ul>
WHAT YOU&rsquo;LL DO AS A PRODUCTION SPECIALIST OPERATOR<ul><li>
Safety operation of production equipment related to filling, processing and sterilizing equipment and sampling responsibilities.</li><li>
Monitors charts and performs tests to assure sterility.</li><li>
Responsible for the accurate completion of the work order and other documentation.</li><li>
Responsible for maintaining a safe and clean working environment.</li><li>
Effectively communicates within the department and plant with all levels of employees.</li><li>
Responsible for maintaining and replenishing production materials.</li><li>
Completes general housekeeping and sanitation tasks.</li><li>
You&rsquo;ll be accountable for meeting our compliance standards including FDA, OSHA and Abbott policies and procedures.</li></ul>
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>
High school diploma or GED</li><li>
1+ years of production or manufacturing experience</li><li>
Must be able to work effectively within a team environment, possess excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills</li></ul>
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>
Aseptic fill and sanitation process experience</li><li>
One year production experience within food manufacturing environment</li><li>
Forklift experience preferred</li></ul>
