 The Role
 
 
 
 You will own the commercial strategy for Abbott Interfast. This is not a figurehead position. You will set the direction, build the team, and drive revenue across our OEM, distributor, and end-user channels.
 
 
 <ul>

 Develop and execute a national sales strategy across all channels
 </li>
 <li>
 Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales organization
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify and capture growth across our diversified OEM customer base spanning 30+ industries
 </li>
 <li>
 Own pricing strategy, margin management, and key account relationships
 </li>
 <li>
 Work directly with ownership to shape company direction
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with Abbott Metal Werks to grow our domestic manufacturing pipeline
 </li>
 <li>
 Represent Abbott at industry events, trade shows, and with key accounts
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Requirements
 
 
 
 
 What We're Looking For
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 10+ years in fastener or industrial distribution sales, with 5+ in senior leadership
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven track record of building sales teams and scaling revenue
 </li>
 <li>
 Deep knowledge of the fastener industry: products, applications, supply chain
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience selling into OEM, distributor, and project-based channels
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong commercial instincts: pricing, margin, competitive positioning
 </li>
 <li>
 Entrepreneurial mindset. You want to write the playbook, not follow one
 </li>
 <li>
 Willingness to travel as needed (30-40%)
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>

 Relationships across the fastener and industrial distribution landscape
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with domestic manufacturing sales (CNC, cold forming, Swiss Screw)
 </li>
 <li>
 Background selling into diverse industrial sectors: energy, solar, automotive, construction, electronics, agriculture, and more
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with Salesforce or modern CRM platforms
