ABC Legal is looking for a software developer that can support our existing core software services and expand upon our web services. A successful candidate will be a strong team player who is able to work across multiple functions and disciplines. The candidate should be self-directed and have experience and knowledge of software design, coding, and testing methodologies.

Qualifications:

<li>Fluency of computer science fundamentals: object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design and complexity analysis</li>

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will ensure that ABC is working with the best process servers out there. Your role will focus on coaching, training, and providing feedback to make our process servers as successful as possible. This position is remote but located in Indiana, Iowa, Wisconsin, North Dakota, Kentucky, Alabama, Florida, Oklahoma, Michigan, North Carolina, South Carolina.

Key Responsibilities:

<li>Provide support, training and education to process servers that are underperforming based on key metrics</li>
<li>Create positive and engaging server experience for all underperforming process servers:
<ul><li>Communicate directly with process servers providing coaching and meaningful feedback</li>
<li>Field all questions from process servers and resolve blockers</li>
<li>Ensure process servers understand expectations and the timeframe in which they need to adjust.</li>
</ul></li><li>Set clear expectations for underperforming servers</li>
<li>Review assigned reports daily, reach out to disengaged servers to identify and resolve the reasons they are not attempting jobs timely.</li>
<li>Hold Servers accountable to directly impact performance</li>
<li>Track and communicate all blockers to the leadership team
<ul><li>Work closely with the recruiting department when additional coverage is needed</li>
</ul>

This role requires daily, active communication with court personnel and other team members across all channels (phone calls, e-mails and even live chats!) with the goal of getting documents back from court and into our server's hands. &quot;Bigger picture&quot; communications involve contacting courts for general updates and statuses as courts operations.
