Job Overview:

The Legal Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring our International legal service orders are processed accurately and efficiently. You'll handle both digital and physical documents, communicate directly with customers and process servers, and keep every case moving from start to finish. This customer-focused role requires diplomacy, the ability to think on your feet and keep a cool head while juggling many priorities at once. This position is in our Seattle office.

 Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Respond to customer emails, phones calls, and support tickets, including answering questions and resolving issues related to new or existing orders</li>
<li>Process incoming mail, legal documents, and data entry into our system</li>
<li>Track and follow up with process servers to ensure timely completion of service</li>
<li>Prepare and send proof of service documentation to clients</li>
<li>Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy, organization, and excellent client service</li>
<li>Perform other job-related duties as assigned</li>
</ul>
Who You Are:
<ul>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication, maintaining a calm and professional manner under pressure</li>
<li>Detail oriented and comfortable performing repetitive tasks with accuracy</li>
<li>Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word, PDF Editor and phone systems preferred</li>
<li>Quick learner who can navigate new processes and shifting priorities</li>
<li>Typing speed: 55+ wpm</li>
<li>1-3 years of office, data entry, or customer support experience preferred</li>
<li>High school diploma or GED required; College degree is a plus</li>

This position is remote but must be located in Indiana, Iowa, Wisconsin, North Dakota, Kentucky, Alabama, Florida, Oklahoma, Michigan, North Carolina, or South Carolina.

Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Review service events for compliance with ABC, court, and customer requirements</li>
<li>Provide education and instruction to process servers regarding service requirements</li>
<li>Investigate service complaints</li>
<li>Create service complaint investigation reports</li>
<li>Update and analyze process server review records</li>
<li>Perform DCA required audits of process server logbooks</li>
<li>Audit process server service event histories</li>
<li>Perform other job-related duties as assigned</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or GED required</li>
<li>6-12 months relevant experience preferred</li>
<li>Writing experience in a professional or higher education environment preferred</li>
<li>Excellent written communication skills, specifically professional email communication a must</li>
<li>Ability to take concise and effective notes</li>
<li>Detail oriented and able to learn a large amount of new information in a short amount of time</li>
<li>Ability to train and work remotely using Microsoft Teams as a primary mode of communication</li>
<li>Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office</li>
