<div>Applied Behavior Center of Kuwait (ABC) provides early intervention services to children with autism and related disorders. ABC offers educational programs based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). ABC offers a full range of educational, home-based, and center-based treatment programs designed to help children with autism and other related developmental disabilities under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts. 
ABC is currently seeking a qualified Speech Therapist (Part-Time). Speech Therapist is responsible for assessing speech deficits, recommending programs to target deficits, meeting with leads and case managers for agreement on targets, activating all necessary speech programs, and developing a speech IEP. 
Responsibilities

<li>One hour with each child on team and one to one sessions</li>
<li>Weekly staff meeting</li>
<li>Monthly MBO for each child</li>
<li>Decide speech targets and develop speech portion of IEP for center-based and consultation clients</li>
<li>Track children's progress and draw trend lines weekly on speech targets</li>
<li>Make changes to speech programs or decide next program in sequence as needed</li>

Responsibilities:

Apply the principles of one-on-one ABA therapy to help children reach their full potential.</li>
<li>Assist children in developing and improving social skills, communication, and academic skills.</li>
<li>Collect and maintain accurate data on the child&rsquo;s progress during sessions.</li>
<li>Participate in team meetings and case reviews to discuss children&rsquo;s progress.</li>
<li>Develop individualized plans based on assessment findings and in consultation with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).</li>
<li>Collaborate with families and caregivers to provide guidance and training.</li>
<li>Ensure the safety and well-being of all children.</li></ul> 


Job Requirements: 
<ul>

A Bachelor&rsquo;s degree is required. The degree must be in one of the following fields: Psychology, Special Needs, Speech and Language Pathology, Sociology, Behavioral Science, Education, or a closely related discipline. All candidates will receive ABA training upon acceptance.

<li>Fluency in Arabic (reading and writing), and English is a plus.</li>
<li>A full-time position with the flexibility to work according to ABC's needs.</li>
<li>Ability to work and collaborate effectively within a cohesive team.</li>
<li>Strong Communication skills to support your relationship with BCBAs, Directors, co-workers, and families.</li>
<li>Positive academic and employment references.</li>
