Leadership experience required Sales Support Manager Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe ABC SEAMLESS FRANCHISE Sales Support Manager is responsible for providing support and collaborative problem solving to the appointment scheduling team and the sales team. This role is a key role in assisting our franchisees to provide efficiency, as well as maintaining strong relationships with the teams, customers, and vendors.We are looking for a leader with a proven background in driving results.Essential Position Functions<ul><li>Responsible for monitoring and tracking inquiries, appointments, and results of sales appointments.</li><li>Assist with training.</li><li>Oversee all systems related to inquiries, appointments, and sales.</li><li>Ensure that each lead is handled with a SPEED TO LEAD mindset.</li><li>Develop and implement strategies to drive sales appointments.</li><li>Ensure all inquiries are entered into CRM correctly and handled as per expectation.</li><li>Management of inquiry contact process to ensure that all appropriate contacts are made.</li><li>Handling all customer requests and calls with a FIRST CALL RESOLUTION mindset.</li><li>Performing data entry duties regarding metrics, sales figures, and other key data.</li><li>Monitor calls and provide coaching and feedback to agents to improve performance.</li><li>Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance quality.</li><li>Generate reports on key performance metrics, such as call volume and response time.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul>Minimum Qualifications&middot; Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role involving oversight of leads and sales.&middot; Bachelors Degree&middot; Leadership experience.&middot; Strong attention to detail and able to assist with high quality outcomes.&middot; Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel computer software programs.&middot; Ability to communicate effectively (written and oral).&middot; Ability to prioritize workload while remaining organized.&middot; Ability to work independently and as part of a team.This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic sales environment, develop valuable skills, and contribute to the success of our sales team.
