Renowned Textile Unit &ndash; FaisalabadA leading and reputable Textile Manufacturing Group in Faisalabad is looking for a competent and proactive professional for the position of Sr. Assistant Manager - Internal Audit. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying, evaluating, and mitigating risks across the organization to support secure and sustainable operations.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and implement risk management policies, procedures, and control frameworks.</li><li>Conduct detailed risk assessments across finance, operations, supply chain, and production functions.</li><li>Evaluate internal control systems and recommend improvements to mitigate operational and financial risks.</li><li>Monitor and update the corporate risk register regularly.</li><li>Ensure compliance with corporate governance standards, internal policies, and external regulatory requirements.</li><li>Prepare risk reports and present findings to senior management.</li><li>Assist in internal audits, compliance reviews, and follow-up of corrective actions.</li><li>Conduct awareness sessions to strengthen risk culture across departments.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>ACCA &ndash; Articles FROM big 4 firms will be preferred.</li><li>4&ndash;6 years of relevant experience in risk management, internal audit, compliance, or related functions; experience in a textile or manufacturing setup will be an advantage.</li><li>Strong knowledge of internal controls, risk assessment methodologies, and compliance frameworks.</li><li>Excellent analytical skills with strong command over financial analysis and reporting.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP systems will be a plus.</li><li>Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive market salary and benefits package.</li><li>Performance-based rewards.</li><li>Provident fund.</li><li>Medical facility.</li><li>Career growth and professional development opportunities.</li><li>Dynamic and supportive work environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From Rs200,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
