We offer competitive wages, paid time off, and group medical options in a collaborative and creative work environment.POSITION OVERVIEWWe are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer with a strong background in vehicle wraps and large-format design to join our team. This role is perfect for a well-rounded designer who thrives in a hands-on, high-volume setting and is skilled in translating client visions into production-ready graphics for printing, cutting, and installation.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>Design Projects: Create visual concepts for a wide range of products, including vehicle wraps, signs, business cards, banners, wall wraps, and graphics.</li><li>Production-Ready Files: Develop proofs and finalize print-ready files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with technical requirements.</li><li>Client Collaboration: Work directly with clients to understand their needs and develop creative solutions within budget constraints.</li><li>File Preparation: Conduct pre-press, imposition, and setup processes for printing on various equipment, including roll printers, flatbed printers, plotters, and digital cutters.</li><li>Quality Assurance: Perform quality checks throughout the design and production process to maintain high standards.</li><li>File Management: Archive, update, and manage graphic files efficiently.</li></ul>REQUIRED SKILLS &amp; QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in graphic design within the printing industry, with a focus on vehicle wraps and large-format graphics.</li><li>Software Proficiency: Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat Pro).</li><li>Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with CMYK &amp; spot color printing, file setup for printing and cutting equipment, and design principles (typography, layout, color theory).</li><li>Project Management: Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining organization and attention to detail.</li><li>Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and positive attitude when interfacing with clients and team members.</li><li>Education: High school diploma required.
