Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Legal Assistant who can speak Arabic, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a legal assistant role within a UAE-based law firm or legal department. The ideal candidate should have expertise in using the UAE Federal Court System for case registration and updates, preparing detailed monthly case reports, and supporting the legal team with drafting and managing legal documents, including agreements, legal notices, and contracts.Key Responsibilities:1. Federal Court System Management:<ul><li>Perform case registration, updates, and monitor case statuses through the UAE Federal Court System.</li><li>Ensure timely and accurate submissions of all required documents for legal case</li></ul>2. Reporting:<ul><li>Prepare and deliver monthly case reports summarizing the status and progress of all active and closed cases.</li><li>Maintain a well-organized database and records of all legal matters for easy access and reporting.</li></ul>3. Legal Documentation:<ul><li>Draft and review legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and legal notices in both Arabic and English.</li><li>Translate legal documents and correspondence as needed.</li><li>Ensure all documentation complies with UAE laws and regulations.</li></ul>4. Team Coordination:<ul><li>Work closely with the legal team to provide administrative and operational support.</li><li>Act as the liaison between the legal department, courts, external counsel, and other stakeholders.</li><li>Organize and manage schedules for meetings, hearings, and appointments.</li></ul>5.Legal Research and Compliance:<ul><li>Conduct basic legal research to support case preparation and legal advisory work.</li><li>Stay updated on UAE laws, court procedures, and regulations to ensure legal compliance.</li></ul>Qualifications and Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field is preferred.</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Legal Assistant within a law firm in the UAE.</li><li>Can speak Arabic (written and verbal):</li><li>Hands-on experience with the UAE Federal Court System.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li><li>Knowledge of legal case management software is a plus.</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>High attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.</li><li>Familiarity with UAE legal and regulatory frameworks, including court procedures and case management.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Legal Assistant: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Arabic (Required)</li></ul>
