We are seeking an experienced and results-driven HVAC Sales Engineer to join our growing team in Oman. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC project sales and business development, with proven experience selling Air Conditioning systems including Split AC, Ducted AC, Window AC, VRF/VRV systems, and related MEP solutions within the Oman/GCC market.This role requires a proactive sales professional who can identify project opportunities, build strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and end-users, and drive sustainable revenue growth.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Drive sales of Split AC, Window AC, Ducted AC Systems, VRF/VRV Systems, and associated MEP products for projects.</li><li>Generate new business through market visits, client meetings, networking, and business development activities.</li><li>Identify potential accounts and develop relationships with MEP contractors, consultants, developers, and project clients.</li><li>Promote and sell HVAC products along with related MEP solutions based on customer and project requirements.</li><li>Manage project sales opportunities and actively follow up on leads to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.</li><li>Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support long-term business growth.</li><li>Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging project opportunities.</li><li>Coordinate with engineering, estimation, and project teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 2-3 years of Oman/GCC experience in HVAC/AC project sales.</li><li>Strong experience in selling Split AC, Window AC, Ducted AC, and VRF/VRV Systems.</li><li>Previous experience working with reputed HVAC/AC brands is highly preferred.</li><li>Engineering background preferred.</li><li>Proven track record in business development, project sales, and customer relationship management.</li><li>Strong network with MEP contractors, consultants, developers, and project owners in Oman is an advantage.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and drive sales growth.</li><li>Valid Oman Driving License is preferred.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering field.</li><li>Experience in project sales of HVAC/AC equipment within the Oman market.</li><li>Familiarity with Oman Building Code, local MEP standards, and HVAC installation practices.</li><li>Knowledge of project cost estimation, BOQ analysis, tendering, and contract documentation.</li><li>Experience using CRM software and preparing technical and commercial proposals.</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>What is your current / last salary ?</li><li>What is your notice period?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
