Job Title: Warehouse Documentation &amp; Operations AssistantLocation: Jebel Ali Free Zone Employment Type: Full-timeJob Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to support warehouse operations, with a primary focus on documentation and coordination. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a warehouse environment and capable of handling administrative and operational tasks efficiently.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage and maintain all warehouse-related documentation accurately and efficiently</li><li>Plan and coordinate deliveries and the collection of faulty products based on provided lists</li><li>Sort and organize invoices and collection documents from/to customers by city and area</li><li>Inspect incoming products to ensure quality and accuracy against documentation</li><li>Assist with general warehouse administrative tasks and record-keeping</li><li>Ensure proper filing and tracking of all documents related to warehouse operations</li><li>Support day-to-day warehouse activities as required</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Fluent communication skills in English and Hindi/Urdu languages</li><li>Previous experience in warehouse operations or administrative roles is an advantage</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills</li><li>Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation</li><li>Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry, etc.)</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment</li><li>Working Hours: 8 am to 7 pm.
