 The Senior Marketing Specialist plays a key role in planning, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing initiatives that support brand positioning, commercial objectives, and revenue growth across the Company&rsquo;s investment portfolio. The role requires a strong balance between strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with close coordination across internal stakeholders and external partners.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities

 Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns aligned with business objectives and brand guidelines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage end-to-end campaign execution across digital, offline, and on-ground channels.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Business Units, Sales, Leasing, Operations) to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee content creation for marketing materials, presentations, digital assets, and promotional collateral.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and service providers, ensuring quality and cost efficiency.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support brand management initiatives to ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in budget planning, tracking, and optimization of marketing spend.
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay updated on market trends, consumer behavior, and emerging marketing technologies.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Qualifications &amp; Experience
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 5&ndash;8 years of progressive experience in marketing roles, preferably within Real Estate, Financial Services, or diversified investment environments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience in managing integrated marketing campaigns and working with cross-functional teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and MS Office applications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a strong advantage.
 </li>
