 Job Description
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Follow up all Items of finishing Work
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare Work and deliver to Consultant
 </li>
 <li>
 Providing technical advice and solving problems on-site.
 </li>
 <li>
 Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that we are followed correctly
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to estimate the needs of subcontractors from Materials.
 </li>
 <li>
 Establish a day-to-day work schedule for the project.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure that the works are performed at the required quality standards
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrate to take initiative, prioritize work, manage time and respond effectively to a rapidly changing
 </li>
 <li>
 Preparing periodic reports regarding the Department's activities and achievements to be submitted to the direct manager
 </li>
 <li>
 Preparing daily and monthly reports on a monthly basis or when required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct manager.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare subcontractor invoice.
 </li>
 <li>
 Apply implementation of construction projects
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for ensuring that the Company quality Standards, guidelines and plans are implemented properly, in addition to ensuring that all work assigned to his/her team members is completed properly and meets the required specifications and standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with other elements Team members and other disciplines&rsquo; Team Leaders among other groups that are directly related to the project.
 </li>
 <li>
 He/she should lead the creation and tracking of his/her team plans
 </li>
 <li>
 The incumbent should make sure that the approved and, acceptable processes, methodologies and tools are clearly defined to his/her team members and are used while performing their jobs.
 </li>
 <li>
 He/she is the catalyst in resolving technical-related problems for his/her team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for supporting project tracking meetings and should approve all project documentation that affects his/her team.

 </ul>
 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
 </li>
 <li>
 Very Good English &amp; Arabic, other language is an asset
 </li>
 <li>
 from 4:7 years of experience in a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Professional knowledge of construction materials and methods, CAD, design analysis and ,modern structural systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Professional knowledge in Construction, methods, and application
 </li>
 <li>
 Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software (MS Office- AutoCAD -Revit is preferred )
 </li>
 <li>
 knowledge of principles and practices of basic Civil engineering
 </li>

 Job Description
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Loads and unloads supplies and other materials.
 </li>
 <li>
 Operates a variety of material handling equipment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the warehousing manager.
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for the safekeeping of all stock located within the warehouse
 </li>
 <li>
 Controls and monitors the movement of all inventory items and ensures that inventory items are available when required Responsible for all incoming deliveries and shipments and safekeeping of all stock located within the warehouses
 </li>
 <li>
 Operates procedures for activities such as verification of incoming and outgoing equipment/materials shipments from the warehouse
 </li>
 <li>
 Handling and disposition of inventory items and keeping warehouse inventory current and accurate
 </li>
 <li>
 Using delivery documentation or delivery notes, prepare items for dispatch to the client
 </li>
 <li>
 Works within the company&rsquo;s policies, objectives, and quality management system
 </li>
 <li>
 Keeps the warehouse clean and presentable
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for issuing permits for all goods orders/requests
 </li>
 <li>
 Entering data on the system if required
 </li>
 <li>
 Handles and documents storage and transportation of hazardous materials.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintains the warehouse, records area, and stores area in a neat and orderly manner
 </li>
 <li>
 Ships canceled and damaged items back to vendors as appropriate
 </li>
 <li>
 Receives and inspects all incoming materials and reconciles with purchase orders
 </li>
 <li>
 Processes and distributes documentation with purchase orders, Reports, and documents and tracks damages and discrepancies on orders received.

 Qualifications

 Bachelor in Business, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in the Arabic and English language.
 </li>
 <li>
 From 3: 5 years of experience in a related field experience.
 </li>
