 Job Description
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Prepares periodic reports regarding the function activities and achievements
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in periodic meetings with the direct manager to ensure that priorities are clear and the workflow is running smoothly as per agreed plans at the beginning of each year.
 </li>
 <li>
 Study project contract documents (schedule, project design drawings, BOQ, etc.)
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare the shop drawing for construction projects through Revit.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create and develop the Revit Models for the architectural discipline.
 </li>
 <li>
 Study and prepare requests for information (RFIs) for all missing, unclear, conflicting, or other technical matters that may arise during construction.
 </li>
 <li>
 Capable of submitting RFPs to the missing data and the clashes that may occur after coordination.
 </li>
 <li>
 Review subcontractors' shop drawings and design drawings as well as outsourced drawings and coordinate their approval process with the project consultant
 </li>
 <li>
 Review the BIM model and ensure quality according to the Owner &amp; BIM standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Review BIM Model using Navisworks and capable submit clash detection report.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with the Surveying team to provide them with all the information about the land and any site measurements required
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in solving/reporting any unexpected technical issues, and other problems that may arise during construction to the direct manager for discussion and provide proper solutions timely
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare as-built drawings at the end of the project and hand them over to the project consultant
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare sub-contractors periodically, Qs, and invoices and compare them according to the project budget
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare materials cut-off list, and procurement plan and analyze technical &amp; financial offers
 </li>
 <li>
 Study and review all tender documents received by the business unit including instructions to tenders, contract general and special conditions, specifications, drawings, and preparing BOQ
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in value engineering workshops
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in strategy workshops and actively contribute innovative solutions
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the department's development activities
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and submit Project Documents such as and not limited to IR, MIR, MAR, etc,,,
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's Degree of Architecture Engineering years of experience
 </li>
 <li>
 from 4:7 years of experience in a related field experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Very Good English &amp; Arabic, other language is an asset
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of construction materials and methods.
 </li>
 <li>
 Professional knowledge of Construction and finishing methods, and applications
 </li>
 <li>
 Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software (MS Office- AutoCAD-Revit is a must &ndash; Navis work is preferred )

 Loads and unloads supplies and other materials.
 </li>
 <li>
 Operates a variety of material handling equipment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the warehousing manager.
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for the safekeeping of all stock located within the warehouse
 </li>
 <li>
 Controls and monitors the movement of all inventory items and ensures that inventory items are available when required Responsible for all incoming deliveries and shipments and safekeeping of all stock located within the warehouses
 </li>

 Operates procedures for activities such as verification of incoming and outgoing equipment/materials shipments from the warehouse
 </li>

 Handling and disposition of inventory items and keeping warehouse inventory current and accurate

 Role Overview:
 
 
 
 The Admin Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office &amp; site. This role will support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization, communication, and documentation. The administrator is the key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of daily operations.
