This role also requires live streaming (TikTok Live/Instagram Live/Facebook Live, etc.). You&rsquo;ll create engaging short-form content and live video sessions.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Record yourself on-camera for short-form content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts)</li><li>Host and/or co-host live streams on scheduled days/times (product showcases, Q&amp;A, promotions)</li><li>Plan, script, film, and edit content optimized for each platform</li><li>Stay current on trends, audio, formats, and hooks&mdash;and adapt them to our products</li><li>Write captions, add hashtags, and format posts for maximum reach</li><li>Engage with the audience in comments and during live streams in a professional, friendly way</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Comfortable recording yourself and speaking on camera regularly</li><li>Comfortable hosting live streams and interacting with viewers in real time</li><li>Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube content styles and best practices</li><li>Strong communication, storytelling, and &ldquo;hook&rdquo; writing ability</li><li>Reliable, consistent, and able to meet posting and live-stream schedules</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience growing a personal or business social account</li><li>Comfortable working with lighting, microphones, and simple filming setups</li><li>Experience with product demos, sales-oriented content, or community building</li><li>Familiarity with analytics and A/B testing different content angles</li></ul>Schedule / Work Style<ul><li>Part-time (semi-flexible days/times)</li><li>On-site, remote, or hybrid (based on needs)</li><li>Must be available for scheduled live streams, including occasional evenings/weekends</li></ul>What Success Looks Like<ul><li>Consistent output of high-quality content featuring you on camera</li><li>Strong engagement and audience growth</li><li>Confident, energetic live streams that keep viewers watching and participating</li></ul>How to ApplySend:<ul><li>Your resume (or short work summary)</li><li>Links to your social profiles and/or a portfolio (if available)</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: $16.00 per hourExpected hours: 6 &ndash; 18 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: In person
