ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
<ul><li>Set productivity goals for each position with the support of the Director of Operations.</li><li>
Ensure agreed upon changes and enhancements are communicated with all employees.</li><li>
Process digital files as needed.
</li><li>Respond to all departments&rsquo; emails concerning status and movement of records within the department.</li><li>
Status all work in computer system as required.</li><li>
Maintain and organize work flow.</li><li>
Maintain confidentiality of files received.
</li><li>Communicate all problems to direct Director of Operations.</li><li>
Make CDs of files as required.</li><li>
Maintain printing.</li><li>
Order and maintain office supplies via tracking to ensure all supplies ordered are received.
</li><li>Perform all other duties as assigned by management.</li></ul>
ESSENTIAL MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
<ul><li>Carrying out all responsibilities in accordance with the company&rsquo;s standards, policies, and all applicable employment laws.</li><li>
Managing and monitoring workflow and providing support, training, and techniques to assist staff in achieving department daily/weekly/monthly goals and standards.
</li></ul><ul><li>Encouraging positive morale, maintaining harmony among staff, and resolving grievances when necessary.</li><li>
Overseeing the completion and approval of employee timecards and coordinating overtime needs with management and staff as needed.</li></ul><ul><li>
Actively participating in the department&rsquo;s staffing requirements including hiring, onboarding, and separating of employees.</li><li>
Creating and implementing plan to meet department&rsquo;s goals and metrics based on workload and client needs.</li></ul><ul><li>
Communicating change effectively and supporting those affected by change.</li><li>
Managing insubordinate staff when warranted and initiating coaching or corrective actions as required and/or directed by upper management.</li><li>
Evaluating staff needs and performance, providing periodic feedback to staff and reporting any performance concerns and/or recommendations growth opportunities to management.
</li></ul>Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required. Some college desired but not required. Prior computer, data entry, medical, legal or insurance claims office is helpful but not required.
QUALIFICATIONS
<ul><li>Ability to implement operational changes quickly and thoroughly.</li><li>
Must be a qualified typist with a minimum of 25 W.P.M; knowledge of 10-Key a plus.
</li><li>Must have good understanding of the organization&rsquo;s goals and objectives.</li><li>
Must be highly self-motivated and directed.</li><li>
Ability to absorb new ideas and concepts quickly.</li><li>
Must have good analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks.</li><li>
Must have solid attention to detail to ensure accuracy of information is critical.</li><li>
Ability to follow all company policies and procedures in effect at time of hire and as they may change or be added from time to time.</li></ul>
