The ideal candidate will bring strong 3D modeling, texturing, and animation skills to help visually communicate the foundation&rsquo;s message, projects, and initiatives through impactful digital design.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Proficient in designing and creating the characters along.</li><li>Working on the movement of the characters.</li><li>Creation of short film of the characters as per the story for deaf children.</li><li>Create high-quality 3D models, renders, and animations for various educational, promotional, and institutional projects.</li><li>Use 3ds Max as the primary tool; proficiency in additional tools such as Blender or Maya is a plus.</li><li>Collaborate with the creative and communications teams to develop visual concepts that align with the foundation&rsquo;s mission.</li><li>Design engaging visual content for presentations, videos, and digital campaigns.</li><li>Maintain an organized library of 3D assets and ensure version control.</li><li>Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative visual ideas for outreach and development campaigns.</li><li>Ensure projects are completed on time and meet high-quality standards.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience as a 3D Graphic Designer or 3D Artist, with a strong portfolio showcasing 3D modeling, texturing, and animation work.</li><li>Proficiency in Autodesk 3ds Max (mandatory), and familiarity with Blender, Maya, or similar 3D software.</li><li>Basic knowledge of rendering engines (e.g., V-Ray, Arnold).</li><li>Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and visual storytelling.</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Animation, or a related field is preferred&mdash;but candidates with strong portfolios and experience are encouraged to apply.</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.</li><li>Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
