This position requires Night Shift Hours from 10pm-6am</b></div><ul><li>
Systems administration of desktop and server systems connected to local and wide area networks. Desktop system management responsibilities involving account monitoring, security, Operating System (OS) installation, and other local area system administration related functions.</li><li>
Provides support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems and management of system infrastructure and any processes related to these systems.</li><li>
Provides support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc.</li><li>
Provides Tier 2 and Tier 3 problem identification, diagnosis and resolution.</li><li>
Provides support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers.</li><li>
Installs/loads operating system and application software.</li><li>
Isolates and resolves hardware and software problems involving the applications, the operating system, the hardware, the communications infrastructure, or any combination therefore.</li><li>
Troubleshoots, maintains integrity and configures network components along with implementing operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance.</li><li>
Performs software installations and upgrades to Unix/Windows operating systems and layered software packages and maintains them in accordance with established policies, procedures and service level agreements; evaluation and installation of software/hardware patches and resolution of software related problems associated with COTS/GOTS products.</li><li>
Creates and follows procedures to maintain and manage multiple linked databases including security, data safety and integrity, disaster recovery, and bulk data import/exports.</li><li>
Conducts routine and emergency maintenance of assigned data center equipment.</li><li>
Communicates/coordinates scheduled preventive maintenance windows with potentially impacted customers.</li><li>
Collaborates and contributes to the development, administration, and testing of backup and recovery plans.</li><li>
Ensures systems are secure to STIG guidelines by utilizing tools such as Retina and HBSS.</li><li>
Maintains operational, configuration, and other standard operating procedures (SOPs)</li><li>
Verifies system availability with existing Enterprise tools.</li></ul>
Qualifications:

Systems Administrator

All the personnel on the team will work together to support transport and cybersecurity information technology (IT) services on multiple networks and security domains, at multiple locations worldwide, inclusive of new facilities and building constructions to support the IC mission.</div><div></div><div><br>

Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Coordinates and implements tasks, performing analysis, and building/documenting response activities required during cyber security incident response, to include but not limited to actions such as implementing containment measures, IP blocks, domain blocks, and disabling user accounts on direction of the Government.</li><li>

Develops and when approved by the Government generates and updates reports in the Joint Incident Management System (JIMS), Incident Case Management System (ICMS), and/or other authorized reporting systems as directed.</li><li>

Develops and coordinates courses of action with various Government and contract stakeholders, and when properly authorized by the Government, execute Defensive Cyberspace Operations-Internal Defensive Measures on behalf of the networks and systems.</li><li>
Performs digital media analysis and malware reverse engineering on host, server, and network data as required to analyze and respond to an incident, to include but not limited to volatile and non-volatile memory and/or system artifact collection and analysis.</li><li>
When properly authorized by the Government, execute custom scripts, tools, and capabilities to collect and analyze data, and to respond to incidents/events.</li><li>
Develops, documents, and provides to the Government incident investigation reports which include sufficient information to document the entire lifecycle of the incident and the response, including but not limited to adversary and friendly forces activity, host and network analysis, timelines, and recommendations for corrective actions, recommendations for new Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTP) and other recommendations as appropriate, within 30 days of C-IRT stand-down.</li><li>
Conducts Quality Control reviews of a percentage closed CSOC Tier 2 tickets each week to ensure proper analysis, categorization, documentation, and notification.</li></ul>

All the personnel on the team will work together to support innovative design, engineering, procurement, implementation, operations, sustainment and disposal of user facing and data center information technology (IT) services on multiple networks and security domains, at multiple locations worldwide, to support the IC mission.</div><div></div><div><br>

Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Collaborates and supports the Senior Engineering and Project Integration staff in assessing, documenting, and tracking existing and new program requirements.</li><li>
Supports the program by developing artifacts, architectural documentation, and integration of various sources into a cohesive product, preparation of graphical and narrative presentation.</li><li>
Supports the integration, and testing of specific components of hardware/software systems on a complex program.</li><li>
Works and interacts with engineers across multiple contracts to produce architecture artifacts that span technical, physical and logical designs supporting a portfolio of managed services.</li><li>
Monitors service line communication channels for immediate needs throughout the day.</li><li>
Supports comprehensive solutions development by leveraging subject matter experts from across several contracts and service lanes to produce and document environments.</li><li>
Manages assigned service tickets and coordinating closure as needed.</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<div><b>
Clearance Required:</b> TS/SCI with ability to obtain a CI Poly.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Degree and Years of Experience: </b>Bachelor's degree in a related field (Computer Science, etc).</div><ul><li>
Eight (8) years' experience as a Systems Engineer supporting complex, multi- site enterprise scale environments.</li></ul><div><b>
Required Certifications:</b></div><ul><li>
8570 compliance.</li></ul><div><b>
Required Skills:</b></div><ul><li>
Experience writing detailed, technical documentation.</li><li>
Accountability, ownership and a drive for continuous improvement (Industry Certs, Education etc.).</li><li>
Performing IT project integration related work to include the following:
<ul><li>Ability to present to internal &amp; external leadership</li><li>
Running project control gates</li><li>
tracking tasks</li><li>
Collaborating with different service lanes</li></ul></li><li>
Data flow validation and mange interfaces with mission application service provider.</li><li>
Producing technical diagrams with Microsoft Visio.</li><li>
Using project tracking tools (i.e., Jira, Confluence, KanBan Boards).</li><li>
Adept at learning and applying new technologies - Keeping up to date on emerging technologies and tools will be encouraged and important.</li><li>
Excellent oral and written communication skills.</li><li>
Strong interpersonal skills.</li></ul><div><b>
