Ihre Aufgaben

As a Sales Representative, you&rsquo;ll be the face of ABL-TECHNIC for our customers &mdash; building trust, identifying opportunities, and helping clients find the best solutions.

You will:

<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
</li>
<li>Identify new business opportunities and develop existing accounts.
</li>
<li>Lead price, order, and contract negotiations.
</li>
<li>Define delivery and payment conditions with clients.
</li>
<li>Handle customer inquiries and manage complaints effectively.
</li>
<li>Support the creation and implementation of sales strategies and annual targets.
</li>
<li>Conduct market analyses to identify trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.
</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with the operations team and plant managers to ensure customer satisfaction.
</li>
<li>Represent ABL-TECHNIC at trade fairs, seminars, and networking events.
</li>
</ul>Ihr Profil
<ul>
<li>Proven experience as a Sales Representative, Account Manager, or in a similar B2B role.
</li>
<li>Strong technical understanding and ability to evaluate product feasibility.
</li>
<li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
</li>
<li>Analytical and proactive mindset with a passion for business development.
</li>
<li>Willingness to travel across Europe to meet clients and explore new markets.
</li>
