1. Quantitative Analysis:</p>
<p>
&#61623; Collecting and interpreting data in order to generate daily/ weekly/ monthly quantitative reports.</p>
<p>
&#61623; Present the findings and observations to senior management and share alerts as and when required.</p>
<p>
&#61623; Identifying the pattern and sharing suggestions in order to improve the performance/ processes.</p>
<p>
&#61623; Working alongside teams within the business or the management team to establish business needs.</p>
<p>
&#61623; Defining new data collection and analyzing processes.</p><br>

2. Resource Management:</p>
<p>
&#61623; Preparing Occupancy reports of the project delivery department and sharing the observations/suggestions with senior management in order to optimize the occupancy of different teams in the department.</p>

&#61623; Regularly monitoring development, designer and Project delivery team time posting by verifying the actual time spent with that of booked hours in commercial and in-house projects. *Any one team will be associated.</p>

&#61623; Forecasting the available resources with the supporting data/ reports and raising timely alerts with senior management and HRs accordingly.</p>

3. Process and Performance Analysis:</p>

&#61623; Conducting process audits and maturity assessments against the process activities to highlight areas of improvement or concerns.</p>

&#61623; Identifying issues and risks in the process implementation and undertaking appropriate response measures.</p>

&#61623; Identifying the improvement areas and collaborating with the concerned seniors to draft the action plan as per the organizational objectives.</p>

&#61623; Work with the concerned team members to ensure the action plan is being executed as per the agreed timelines.</p>

&#61623; Presenting the performance analysis and progress being made at regular intervals.</p><br>

1. ROI Analysis, Monthly Client Calls and Formal Sign-offs</p>

&#61623; Ensuring that the Finance Team is reviewing the Project Estimates, Billing Terms, and Estimated ROI etc. before the project execution starts. Raise alerts as and when required.</p>

&#61623; Ensuring that the company is maintaining the desired ROI on the different projects, new initiatives, department level, team level; share observations and suggestions with the concerned seniors and management for improvements.</p>

&#61623; Ensuring that monthly client calls are being conducted by the CEO&rsquo;s Team with all the regular/repeat clients.</p>

&#61623; Ensuring that the formal sign-off letters and the feedback are secured from the clients timely.</p><br>
