We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with extensive knowledge in handling large-scale construction projects requiring municipal approvals, including buildings of unlimited height. The ideal candidate will lead projects from conception to completion while ensuring compliance with all government regulations and quality standards.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Plan, coordinate, and manage civil and structural projects of unlimited building heights.</li><li>Obtain and manage municipal approvals, ensuring full compliance with UAE regulations.</li><li>Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and government authorities for seamless project execution.</li><li>Oversee all stages of project lifecycle including design, approvals, construction, and handover.</li><li>Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources, and prepare regular progress reports.</li><li>Ensure quality control, safety standards, and regulatory compliance across all projects.</li><li>Resolve technical, administrative, and operational issues efficiently.</li><li>Maintain comprehensive records of approvals, permits, and project documentation.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.</li><li>Minimum 15 years of experience managing civil/construction projects with municipal approvals.</li><li>Proven experience managing projects of unlimited building height.</li><li>Strong knowledge of UAE municipal regulations, codes, and approval processes.</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.</li><li>Proficiency in project management and civil engineering software (AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, etc.)</li><li>UAE driving license preferred.</li></ul>Job Advertisement:Hiring: Municipality-Approved Project Manager (Unlimited Building Size)We are looking for a highly experienced Project Manager with 15+ years of experience and a proven track record in municipal approvals for buildings of any height. Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced and motivated Outside Sales Executive to join our marble factory team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, visiting clients, promoting our marble products and fabrication services, and building strong long-term relationships.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Visit contractors, consultants, designers, and construction sites to promote our marble products and services.</li><li>Generate new leads and follow up with existing clients to secure ongoing business.</li><li>Prepare and submit quotations, follow up on approvals, and close sales.</li><li>Understand client requirements and coordinate with the factory for production timelines and material availability.</li><li>Conduct site visits to take measurements (if required) and ensure project specifications are clear.</li><li>Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.</li><li>Maintain a daily report of client visits, inquiries, follow-ups, and sales.</li><li>Represent the company professionally in meetings and site discussions.</li><li>Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to ensure competitiveness.</li><li>Build and maintain strong business relationships with key clients.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 2&ndash;5 years of experience in marble and Granite sales.</li><li>Strong knowledge of marble types, finishing, fabrication, and installation process.</li><li>Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).</li><li>Good communication and negotiation skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet targets.</li><li>English proficiency is required; Arabic is an advantage.</li><li>Strong customer-service mindset.</li><li>Ability to read drawings and understand project specifications is a plus.</li></ul>Salary &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Attractive salary + commission</li><li>Transportation + fuel allowance</li><li>Company Sim Card</li><li>Other benefits as per UAE law</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
