We are looking for a Junior Accountant to join our Leading Business Center in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have 1&ndash;3 years of accounting experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably with a Real Estate or Business Center background in the UAE.The role involves supporting the accounting team in day-to-day finance operations, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), invoicing, reconciliations, and VAT compliance. Accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines are essential.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Process and monitor Accounts Receivable &amp; Payable transactions.</li><li>Prepare and send invoices, debit/credit notes, and track customer payments.</li><li>Apply and allocate incoming payments to the correct accounts.</li><li>Follow up on overdue payments and assist in collections.</li><li>Reconcile ledgers and ensure all financial entries are posted correctly.</li><li>Assist in VAT filing and compliance with UAE FTA requirements.</li><li>Maintain accurate records, ledgers, and supporting documentation.</li><li>Support preparation of AR aging reports, MIS reports, and financial statements.</li><li>Assist with month-end closing and audit requirements.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Education: B.Com or M.Com in Accounting/Finance (required).</li><li>Experience: 1&ndash;3 years of accounting experience (UAE VAT knowledge preferred).</li><li>Software: Familiarity with accounting software (PACT, Tally, QuickBooks, ERP) and MS Office Suite.</li><li>Skills:</li><li>Attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.</li><li>Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.</li><li>Good communication and interpersonal abilities.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive salary: AED 2,000 &ndash; 2,500</li><li>Exposure to a dynamic and professional industry.</li><li>Opportunities for career growth and development.</li></ul>Additional Details:<ul><li>Contract Length: 24 months</li><li>Application Deadline: 26/09/2025</li><li>Immediate joiners will be given priority</li><li>Ability to commute/relocate: Candidates must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate with employer support.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract Contract length: 24 monthsPay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
