Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage daily office operations, including handling calls, emails, and correspondence</li><li>Prepare, draft, and format official letters, reports, and documents</li><li>Maintain and organize project files, contracts, and company records</li><li>Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients regarding documentation and follow-ups</li><li>Assist in preparing LPOs, RFQs, invoices, and other project-related documents</li><li>Schedule meetings, site visits, and appointments for management</li><li>Handle incoming and outgoing documents (courier, emails, submissions)</li><li>Maintain confidentiality of company information and documents</li><li>Support accounts/admin team with basic documentation and filing</li><li>Follow up on pending documents such as trade licenses, permits, and approvals</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience as a Secretary in a contracting or construction company</li><li>Strong knowledge of administrative and office procedures</li><li>Familiarity with construction documents (LPO, RFQ, BOQ, invoices, etc.)</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
