Key responsibilities:1. Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates2. Ensure English proficiency in verbal and written communication within the organization4. Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation and exit interviews5. Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and improve performance6. Handle office administrative tasks, such as managing schedules, organizing meetings, and maintaining office supplies, billing to vendors, listing on portals, etc.7.
