Social Media &amp; Content Job DescriptionLocation: In-officeSchedule: 8am &ndash; 5pm (Monday &ndash; Friday)Employment Type: Full-TimeAbood Law Firm is seeking a creative, organized, and proactive Content Creator to manage and grow the firm&rsquo;s digital presence. This role is responsible for developing engaging content across multiple media platforms, supporting podcast production, tracking analytics, and helping generate innovative marketing ideas to expand the firm&rsquo;s reach.Position Summary:The Social Media and Content Creator will work collaboratively to develop, manage, and execute Abood Law Firm&rsquo;s social media and digital content strategy. This role blends strategy, creativity, and execution-overseeing content planning while actively creating engaging, on-brand media across multiple platforms.This position is ideal for a creative professional who understands how to translate legal concepts into approachable, compelling content while maintaining professionalism and brand consistency.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage and maintain the firm&rsquo;s social media and digital media platforms, ensuring consistent and professional content across channels.</li><li>Execute creative projects and marketing tasks requested by Mr. Andrew Abood, including development of graphics, posts, and other promotional materials.</li><li>Collaborate with Podcast Content Manager to ensure the firm&rsquo;s podcasts are produced, edited, scheduled, and published regularly.</li><li>Schedule and manage social media posts and YouTube clips to maintain a consistent posting calendar.</li><li>Monitor and track analytics and engagement metrics across platforms to measure performance and recommend improvements.</li><li>Identify and develop new marketing and advertising strategies to increase visibility and engagement for the firm.</li><li>Ensure all content reflects the firm&rsquo;s professional brand, voice, and legal marketing standards.</li></ul>&middot; Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.Qualifications<ul><li>Experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.</li><li>Familiarity with platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and podcast platforms.</li><li>Experience with video editing, graphic design, or content production tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, Final Cut, etc.) preferred.</li><li>Ability to organize, schedule, and manage multiple content streams simultaneously.</li><li>Strong creative thinking and marketing insight.</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills.</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Understanding of analytics tools and performance tracking.</li><li>Experience creating short-form video content and YouTube clips.</li><li>Ability to develop new advertising ideas and digital campaigns.</li></ul>Pay: From $20.00 per hourExpected hours: 40.0 per weekEducation:<ul><li>Associate (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Social media strategy: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>Content creation: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>East Lansing, MI 48823 (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
