 </li>

 Oversee operational efficiency, budgeting, and resource allocation to maximize profitability

 Maintain high standards of customer experience and quality consistent with Vespa's global brand reputation
 </li>

 Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt strategies accordingly
 </li>

 Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and manufacturer standards

 Requirements

 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum of 12 years of experience in automotive or premium brand management with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven track record in sales growth, team leadership, and strategic planning
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of the Egyptian automotive market and consumer behavior
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluency in English and Arabic is required
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to travel as required

 The Senior Sales Consultant at Mercedes-Benz is responsible for delivering an exceptional luxury customer experience while achieving individual and team sales targets. This role demands a consultative approach to selling, in-depth product knowledge, and a passion for the Mercedes-Benz brand. The Senior Sales Consultant will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through the entire purchase journey &mdash; from initial consultation to vehicle delivery and after-sales follow-up.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:

 Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets in both new and certified pre-owned vehicles

 Effectively manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and customer qualification to closing the sale

 Promote and utilize financial services, trade-in programs, and value-added products to support deal closure
 </li>
 <li>
 Deliver a premium, personalized customer experience aligned with the Mercedes-Benz brand values
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct needs analysis to recommend appropriate models and configurations tailored to each customer
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage test drives, product demonstrations, and showroom walk-arounds professionally and confidently
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the entire Mercedes-Benz model range, including features, specifications, technologies, and pricing
 </li>
 <li>
 Serve as a brand ambassador, confidently representing the image, culture, and standards of Mercedes-Benz at all touchpoints
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure accurate and timely updates of customer data and activities on the CRM system
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow up on leads generated from showroom traffic, digital channels, events, and referrals
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and nurture a loyal customer base through effective relationship management and follow-up
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with Product Experts, Finance Advisors, and Delivery Teams to ensure seamless customer handover
 </li>
 <li>
 Support junior sales team members through guidance, mentorship, and knowledge sharing

 Requirements

 Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in automotive sales, preferably in premium or luxury brands
 </li>

 Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

 Proven track record in achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
 </li>
