 Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Act as the primary liaison between internal business units (e.g. Sales, After Sales, Operations, HR) and the development team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct deep-dives, discovery sessions, and workflow reviews with departments to capture pain points and opportunities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Translate business requirements into detailed documentation, including user stories, process flows, and functional specs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with the tech team to design automation plans or digital tools to solve inefficiencies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prioritize and maintain a central backlog of internal development requests, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow up on task execution and provide feedback loops to ensure business satisfaction and transparency.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in change management and user adoption planning for new tools or updated processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization across departments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the creation of internal dashboards, reports, and OKRs tracking progress against transformation goals.
 </li>

 Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Proven experience in business analysis, particularly in complex or fragmented tech environments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong expertise in process mapping, system documentation, and integration analysis.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working with technical teams and understanding APIs, data models, and infrastructure (without needing to code).
 </li>
 <li>
 Highly organized, analytical, and proactive problem-solver.
 </li>
 <li>
 Passion for digital innovation and internal service excellence.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to translate "tribal knowledge" into structured documentation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong facilitation skills for cross-functional workshops.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and documentation skills (English essential, [Arabic preferred if local]).
 </li>
