 Lead the development and execution of the brand strategy for Abou Ghaly Development, a mixed-use commercial destination in 6th of October City. The role is responsible for building brand awareness, driving footfall, supporting leasing objectives, and positioning Abou Ghaly Development as a premier lifestyle, retail, and entertainment destination.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Develop and implement the brand and marketing strategy for Abou Ghaly Development.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and maintain a strong brand identity across all customer touchpoints.
 </li>
 <li>
 Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, PR, events, and outdoor advertising.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive awareness, engagement, and footfall through targeted promotional activities and partnerships.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support leasing efforts by developing marketing materials and campaigns that attract retailers, F&amp;B operators, and commercial tenants.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage relationships with agencies, media partners, and event organizers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor marketing performance, customer engagement, and campaign ROI.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with internal stakeholders, leasing, operations, and commercial teams to ensure alignment on brand objectives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Organize launch events, activations, and community engagement initiatives to strengthen brand presence.
 
 
 </li>

 Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 5-7 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or destination marketing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in real estate, retail, shopping malls, mixed-use developments, hospitality, or lifestyle brands is highly preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of consumer behavior, digital marketing, and brand-building strategies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience managing agencies, budgets, and cross-functional projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical and project management capabilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support the launch of a new market destination
 </li>
