Job Summary: The Intellectual Property (IP) Specialist is responsible for managing and protecting the intellectual property assets of the company and its clients. This role involves overseeing trademark portfolios, drafting and prosecuting patent and design applications, protecting copyrights, conducting IP audits, negotiating licensing agreements, supporting litigation, and ensuring compliance with IP laws and regulations. Job Description: The Quality Control &amp; Information Assistant ensures all communications, both internal and external, meet the highest standards of clarity, professionalism, and quality.
