Job Summary Seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Real Estate Assistant! In this role, you will be providing essential support to an experienced top producing Real Estate Broker and his clients alike. Your energetic approach will help streamline property transactions, manage administrative tasks, develop and enhance existing client relationships, and ensure a seamless experience for everyone involved. If you thrive in a friendly, fast-paced environment, have good typing and communication skills, and are passionate about real estate and caring for people, this is your opportunity to contribute to a thriving organization dedicated to excellence and growth by repeat and referral business.Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist with property listings, marketing materials, and online listings to attract potential buyers.</li><li>Coordinate property showings, obtain showing feedback from Agents, and communicating with Clients to build trust and serve.</li><li>Manage administrative duties including preparing contracts, tracking deadlines, and maintaining accurate records in compliance with real estate law and Fair Housing regulations.</li><li>Conduct market research using the Triangle MLS under the direction of the Broker.</li><li>Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members through phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Previous experience in real estate sales, administration, or property management is preferred.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment</li><li>Strong typing and computer skills with the ability to learn web-based programs like MLS and CRM's</li><li>Knowledge of real estate law, Fair Housing regulations, and customer service is advantageous</li><li>Administrative experience involving document preparation, data entry, and record keeping is essential</li></ul>You'll be part of a motivated team that values energetic professionals committed to delivering exceptional service, client relationship building and satisfaction.
