</div><div>We view our nanny as a true professional. While one parent works in a detached home office, you are the \&quot;lead\&quot; during the day. You will have full autonomy to design a day filled with exploration, structured play, and a \&quot;hidden curriculum\&quot; that fosters independence and curiosity.<br>
</div><div><b>The Schedule &amp; Family</b><br>
</div><ul><li><b>Start Date:</b> March 2026<br>
</li><li><b>The Team:</b> A curious 16-month-old and a sweet newborn joining the crew in September 2026.<br>
</li><li><b>The Hours:</b> Monday &ndash; Friday, 8:00 am &ndash; 5:00 pm (40&ndash;45 Guaranteed Hours per week).<br>
</li><li><b>The Vibe:</b> Collaborative and organized! We use a clear communication system to ensure you always know when you are the primary lead (especially following Mom&rsquo;s medical call shifts).<br>

</div><ul><li><b>The Expert:</b> You have a deep understanding of developmental milestones. An ECE degree or Montessori training is highly preferred!<br>
</li><li><b>The Mentor:</b> You are warm and emotionally intelligent, but confident in setting healthy boundaries and fostering age-appropriate discipline.<br>
</li><li><b>The Creator:</b> You enjoy implementing play-based learning and finding educational moments in everyday fun.<br>
