<div><div>The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the growth and visibility of Above and Beyond ABA Therapy by planning, organizing, and executing marketing initiatives across the organization. This position manages a variety of marketing-related projects including events, conferences, promotional materials, and internal/external brand communication. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to both creative and operational aspects of marketing.</div>
<div><b>Marketing Operations</b></div><div>
Oversee ordering, inventory, and distribution of company swag, promotional items, and printed materials.</div><div>
Coordinate development and updates for brochures, flyers, signage, and branded collateral.</div><div>
Manage project timelines to ensure marketing deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.</div><div><b>
Digital &amp; Social Media Support</b></div><div>
Assist with social media posting, content scheduling, and engagement across company platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok as applicable).</div><div>
Coordinate website updates and communicate needed changes with internal teams or third-party vendors.</div><div>
Support the creation of digital assets such as basic graphics, event announcements, or internal communications.</div><div><b>
Brand &amp; Communication Support</b></div><div>
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and company communications.</div><div>
Assist with collecting photos, success stories, and content from clinics to support social and marketing initiatives.</div><div>
Collaborate with operations and HR teams on internal communication materials, such as newsletters or announcements.</div><div><b>
Qualifications</b></div><div>
1&ndash;3 years of experience in marketing coordination, event planning, or related field (healthcare experience a plus).</div><div>
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.</div><div>
Excellent communication skills&mdash;both written and verbal.</div><div>
Comfort using Microsoft Office, Canva, basic social media platforms, and light website content management.</div><div>
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.</div><div><b>

Creative eye for branding and design.</div><div>
Comfortable jumping into new projects or contributing ideas to improve marketing processes.</div>
