HR Administrative AssistantLocation: Newton, MA Company: ABP Best Home Care Agency, Inc. Job Type: Full-Time, On-SiteABP Best Home Care Agency is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant to support our HR Coordinator and assist with day-to-day human resources operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is dependable, professional, and eager to grow within the HR field.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide administrative support to the HR Coordinator and HR department.</li><li>Assist with employee onboarding, including document collection and verification.</li><li>Maintain and update employee files and HR records (physical and electronic).</li><li>Support recruitment activities: posting jobs, scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates.</li><li>Assist with new hire orientations and training logistics.</li><li>Help maintain compliance with agency policies and state/federal employment regulations.</li><li>Process HR forms, track employee certifications, and update internal systems.</li><li>Respond to employee inquiries and direct them to appropriate HR staff when needed.</li><li>Assist with timesheets, attendance tracking, and PTO documentation when required.</li><li>Support HR projects and other administrative tasks as assigned.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Prior administrative or general Office support experience preferred.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.</li><li>Strong communication skills (verbal and written).</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).</li><li>Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Professional, reliable, and able to work well both independently and as part of a team.</li></ul>Why Join ABP Best Home Care Agency?<ul><li>Supportive and collaborative work environment</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth</li><li>Meaningful work that impacts patients and staff</li><li>Competitive compensation based on experience</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Flexible spending account</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
