Qualification:<br>
Mandatory: ITI in Electronics/Mechanical/Fitter<br>
Essential Skills:<br>
Installation, Troubleshooting, and Maintenance of Electronic/Electrical items.<br>
Desired Skills(Nice to have):<br>
Travel: Travel across Bangalore, Mangalore, Mysore, and Kerala (and occasionally ) as per client requirements.<br>
We are looking for a Field Service Technician to installs, maintains, and repairs device&amp; systems at client sites.<br>
Role &amp; Responsibilities:<br>
Install, modify, clean, and repair VTS Device.<br>
Diagnose technical issues and implement solutions<br>
Provide technical support and training to customers<br>
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company protocols<br>
Document service activities and maintain records<br>
Maintain tools and equipment<br>
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers<br>
Skills and requirements<br>
Skills: Knowledge of soldering, drilling machines, and wiring.<br>
ITI or Diploma in Electronics/Mechanical/Fitter/Electrical<br>
Minimum 6 months of experience as Field Service Technician or relevant.<br>
Ability to work independently with limited supervision<br>
Ability to transfer technical knowledge to less experienced engineers<br>
Ability to troubleshoot customer issues via telephone also.<br>
Requirements:<br>
� Posting: KOCHI, Kerala, Resident Engineer<br>
� Two-Wheeler MUST with a valid License<br>
� Android Mobile Phone - MUST</p>
