We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Controller to join our retail fit-out manufacturing facility, specializing in bespoke joinery, Metal fabrication and luxury retail projects.The ideal candidate will be hands-on, quality-driven, and experienced in managing quality across factory production, finishing, and site coordination to ensure compliance with client and project specifications.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Implement and maintain QA/QC procedures and quality objectives across the manufacturing facility</li><li>Conduct incoming material inspections and report non-conformities</li><li>Perform In-Process Quality Control (IPQC) checks at all production stages</li><li>Carry out final inspections, prepare snag lists, and coordinate rectifications</li><li>Monitor Work In Progress (WIP) quality and ensure defect-free output</li><li>Investigate quality issues, NCRs, and customer complaints, and implement CAPA</li><li>Maintain accurate quality records, inspection reports, and documentation</li><li>Lead final inspection prior to dispatch</li><li>Conduct root cause analysis (Why-Why) for recurring defects</li><li>Support training and quality awareness programs for production teams</li><li>Visit supplier facilities to address quality concerns and ensure compliance</li><li>Visit project sites to verify that factory-supplied items meet required quality standards</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience as a Quality Controller / QAQC in retail fit-out or joinery manufacturing</li><li>Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, hardware, and shopfitting standards</li><li>Experience in luxury retail projects is highly preferred</li><li>Good understanding of drawings, cutting lists, and specifications</li><li>Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and coordinate with production and site teams</li></ul>LocationUAEWhy Join Us<ul><li>Work on premium retail fit-out projects</li><li>Exposure to end-to-end manufacturing and site quality control</li><li>Growth-oriented and quality-focused work environment</li></ul>*Interested candidates can apply by sending their CV to: [xavier@abravmsd.com] *Immediate joiners preferredJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: AED6,500.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
