(Autism Spectrum Disorder) Our mission is to help each child thrive and guiding them to reach their full potential. Come join our friendly supportive team, and help us make a difference in the lives of these children.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Work 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).</li><li>Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home</li><li>Implement individualized treatment plans developed by your BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)</li><li>Collect data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of the individualized treatment plan.</li><li>Provide regular written and verbal progress updates on treatment goals.</li><li>Support the BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.</li><li>Participate in team meetings and training workshops.</li><li>Maintain a high level of professionalism including appropriate clothing, timeliness, and communication.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Applied Behavior Analysis: 1 year (Required)</li><li>Experience working in an in-home setting</li><li>Detail-oriented, Conscientious, Dedicated, Energetic, Reliable (This is a must. Our clients need stability in their programs)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>High school or equivalent (Required)</li></ul>License:<ul><li>RBT Certification (Preferred)</li><li>Must have valid driver&rsquo;s license, valid car insurance, and access to reliable transportation</li></ul>Why work for us?At Abria Therapy, our staff is just as important as our clients.
