Job Summary We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our digital platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of social media trends, content creation, and analytics to effectively manage our online presence across various channels.Duties<ul><li>Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.</li><li>Create engaging content tailored for different platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.</li><li>Utilize SEO techniques and keyword research to optimize content for search engines.</li><li>Monitor social media channels for trends and insights through social listening tools.</li><li>Manage social media advertising campaigns, including Facebook Advertising, to drive targeted traffic.</li><li>Collaborate with graphic designers to produce visually appealing graphics using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).</li><li>Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to inform strategy adjustments.</li><li>Conduct proofreading of all content to ensure clarity and adherence to brand voice.</li><li>Engage in relationship management with followers and respond promptly to inquiries or comments.</li><li>Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices in e-commerce and branding.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.</li><li>Proficiency in using Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar applications for scheduling posts and managing multiple accounts.</li><li>Familiarity with public relations principles and practices related to digital marketing.</li><li>Experience in content creation, graphic design, photography, video editing, and branding is highly desirable.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from various sources to enhance strategy effectiveness.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with a keen eye for detail in both written and visual content.
