This includes understanding the market, identifying sales opportunities, and developing sales plans.</li><li>Managing Sales Teams: The Sales Manager will grow and oversee the sales team, ensuring they are well-prepared and motivated to meet their sales targets. This involves training, performance management, and setting individual sales targets.</li><li>Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers is a key responsibility. The Sales Manager works closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.</li><li>Sales Execution: The Sales Manager is responsible for the execution of sales plans, including setting sales quotas, managing sales territories, and ensuring customer satisfaction.</li></ul><ul><li>Required Qualifications</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience in GPS tracking, telematics, IoT, or fleet management solutions.</li><li>Demonstrated track record of closing enterprise deals and managing high-value accounts.</li><li>Strong understanding of B2B solution sales, especially in complex/technical environments.</li><li>Experience selling into the aviation sector or large logistics/infrastructure organizations is a strong advantage.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li><li>Bahrain or Saudi-based or willing to relocate; open to travel.</li></ul>About UsWe are a regional provider of cutting-edge GPS tracking and telematics solutions tailored for fleet and equipment monitoring along with H&amp;S AI solutions.
