Chocolate Production:<ul><li>Prepare and produce a variety of chocolates, pralines, truffles, and confectionery items</li><li>Work with chocolate tempering, molding, dipping, and coating techniques</li><li>Develop fillings such as ganache, caramel, nuts, creams, and flavored centers</li></ul>Recipe Development &amp; Innovation:<ul><li>Create new chocolate recipes and seasonal products</li><li>Experiment with flavors, textures, and presentation styles</li><li>Improve existing products based on customer feedback and trends</li></ul>Quality Control:<ul><li>Ensure consistent taste, texture, and appearance of all chocolate products</li><li>Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene</li><li>Check raw materials for freshness and quality</li></ul>Ingredient &amp; Inventory Management:<ul><li>Monitor stock levels of chocolate, dairy, packaging, and other ingredients</li><li>Coordinate with procurement for ordering supplies</li><li>Minimize waste and ensure proper storage of ingredients</li></ul>Presentation &amp; Packaging:<ul><li>Design attractive chocolate packaging and gift boxes</li><li>Ensure products are visually appealing for retail display and gifting</li></ul>Hygiene &amp; Safety Compliance:<ul><li>Follow HACCP and food safety standards in all production areas</li><li>Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, tools, and equipment</li><li>Ensure proper temperature control for chocolate handling and storage</li></ul>Team Collaboration:<ul><li>Work with pastry chefs, baristas, and kitchen staff when required</li><li>Train junior staff or helpers in chocolate preparation techniques</li></ul>Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED2,700.00 per dayWork Location: In person
