Our mission is to empower our guests and our team to look, feel, and live Absolutely Fabulous&mdash;every single day.If you&rsquo;re passionate about skincare, love learning, and thrive in a professional yet fun environment, this could be your place.Our CultureIn 2023, Absolutely Fabulous Spa was honored with the &ldquo;Best Culture Award&rdquo; through the Strategies Business Coaching program&mdash;recognizing our commitment to teamwork, leadership, growth, and creating an exceptional workplace environment.Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic Esthetician with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine love for helping clients achieve real results.Our Estheticians are confident, reliable, and bring high energy and heart to everything they do&mdash;from treatments to client education to teamwork.What You&rsquo;ll DoPerform customized, results-driven services, including:<ul><li>Facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion</li><li>Waxing (minimal)</li><li>Lash &amp; brow services</li><li>Body treatments and service enhancements</li><li>Build trust and long-term relationships with guests</li><li>Educate clients on medical-grade skincare and treatment plans</li><li>Recommend homecare products (30% retail-to-service goal within first 90 days)</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment environment</li><li>Attend trainings, meetings, and ongoing education</li><li>Assist front desk and team during downtime (we help each other!)</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking ForRequired:<ul><li>Current Texas Esthetician License</li><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in a spa or med spa</li><li>Strong understanding of medical-grade skincare</li><li>Excellent communication and time-management skills</li><li>Team-player mindset with high standards and integrity</li></ul>Preferred (but not required):<ul><li>Experience with Hydrafacial, electric modalities (galvanic, HF, microcurrent)</li><li>Chemical peels (Jessner, TCA a plus)</li><li>Knowledge of brands like Alastin, Skinbetter, Glo Skin Beauty, iS Clinical, Face Reality</li><li>Medical aesthetics or laser certification</li></ul>Schedule &amp; Availability<ul><li>Full-Time: 33&ndash;40 hours per week</li><li>Open availability Monday&ndash;Saturday</li><li>Occasional meetings or schedule coverage as needed</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 - $33.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>High school or equivalent (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Esthetic: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Esthetician License (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
