We are seeking a talented Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling through video and possess strong technical skills in editing software. The Video Editor will work closely with our creative team to bring concepts to life, ensuring high-quality video content across various platforms.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Edit raw footage into compelling videos that align with project objectives and brand guidelines.</li><li>Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and execute video ideas.</li><li>Incorporate music, sound effects, and graphics to enhance the overall production value.</li><li>Ensure seamless transitions and continuity throughout the editing process.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with industry trends and editing techniques to continually improve quality and efficiency.</li><li>Manage and organize video files, maintaining an efficient workflow.</li><li>Meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.</li><li>Provide constructive feedback and contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions.</li><li>Adapt to feedback and make revisions as necessary to meet client or team expectations.</li><li>Maintain an understanding of different video formats and specifications for various platforms (social media, web, broadcast, etc.).</li><li>Collaborate with other team members, such as animators, graphic designers, and producers, to achieve cohesive results.</li><li>Occasionally assist with on-site filming or photography as needed.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Proven experience as a video editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing editing skills and creative projects.</li><li>Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.</li><li>Solid understanding of video production principles, including framing, lighting, and composition.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency in editing style.</li><li>Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.</li><li>Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and contribute innovative ideas.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Knowledge of motion graphics and visual effects is a plus.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in film, media production, or related field preferred, but not required.</li><li>Experience with color correction and audio editing is beneficial.</li><li>Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements.</li><li>Passion for storytelling and creating engaging visual content.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;18,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Video Editor

Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Create Animated Graphics: Design and animate visuals such as logos, text, icons, and other graphic elements for videos, commercials, and digital content.</li><li>Collaborate with Creative Team: Work closely with other designers, video editors, and directors to align on creative concepts and deliver animations that fit the project's vision.</li><li>Design Visual Effects: Develop and implement creative visual effects (VFX) for video projects.</li><li>Storyboard and Conceptualize: Create storyboards, mood boards, and animatics to visualize design concepts and animation sequences before production.</li><li>Prepare Assets: Create or modify assets (like vector graphics, textures, and illustrations) for use in motion graphics.</li><li>Edit and Composite: Integrate motion graphics into final video edits and ensure all elements come together cohesively.</li><li>Ensure Brand Consistency: Maintain consistency with brand guidelines, ensuring all graphics align with the company&rsquo;s visual identity.</li><li>Optimize for Different Platforms: Customize motion graphics and animations for different platforms (web, social media, TV, etc.), optimizing file sizes and formats.</li><li>Stay Updated with Trends: Keep up with the latest design trends, animation techniques, and software tools to ensure cutting-edge work.</li><li>Maintain Workflow Efficiency: Manage time effectively and prioritize multiple projects to meet deadlines.</li></ul>Required Skills and Qualifications:<ul><li>Proficiency in animation and graphic design software, particularly Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Blender, Cinema 4D, and Premiere Pro.</li><li>Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.</li><li>Experience in 2D and 3D animation techniques.</li><li>Ability to work with both vector-based and raster-based assets.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration abilities for working with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Ability to take direction and feedback while maintaining a high standard of quality and creativity.</li><li>A portfolio showcasing previous work in motion graphics and animation.</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Knowledge of 3D modeling and animation (using tools like Cinema 4D or Blender).</li><li>Experience with video editing and post-production.</li><li>Familiarity with sound design and integrating audio into motion graphics.</li></ul>Education and Experience:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Motion Graphics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).</li><li>1+ years of experience working as a motion graphic designer or in a related role.</li><li>A strong portfolio demonstrating relevant experience in animation and motion design</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
