<div>ADIC is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Real Assets Department. The successful candidate will help the team run smoothly &mdash; coordinating diaries, meetings, travel and logistics and helping to maintain the professionalism and polish expected in all interactions with clients, prospects and strategic partners.

Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform a broad range of administrative activities for the Real Assets team as assigned by the line manager.</li><li>Attend internal and external meetings and take minutes as required.</li><li>Manage team diaries and daily priorities with sound judgement and discretion; schedule appointments and coordinate meetings, facilities, events and travel arrangements, ensuring the team is well prepared for every engagement.</li><li>Manage accurate records, contacts and meeting notes, including CRM systems where required.</li><li>Establish and maintain the department's files, inventories, records and data management systems, liaising with other ADIC departments as needed.</li><li>Compose and edit technical and administrative correspondence and documentation.</li><li>Assist in administrative problem-solving, project planning, and the execution of departmental goals and objectives.</li><li>Prepare reports, summaries and responses to enquiries from a variety of sources.</li><li>Support ad hoc projects, leadership activity and business development priorities as required.</li><li>Carry out other similar duties as assigned.</li></ul> 
Experience and Qualifications<ul><li>Substantial experience supporting senior executives, ideally within financial services, professional services or consulting.</li><li>Strong diary, inbox, travel and meeting management experience.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree.</li><li>Prior UAE experience beneficial, but not essential.</li></ul> 
Technical Skills<ul><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with AI-enabled productivity tools an advantage.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal English, with the ability to compose and edit error free materials.
</li><li>Arabic (spoken and written) is an advantage but not mandatory.</li></ul> 
Skills and Attributes<ul><li>Highly organized, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities calmly.</li><li>Confident and diplomatic and able to manage upwards.</li><li>Discreet with sound judgement in handling confidential and sensitive information.</li><li>Anticipate requirements and act on them, balancing detail with the wider context.</li><li>A strong communicator, both written and verbal.</li><li>Collaborative team player who supports colleagues and builds effective relationships across the organization.</li><li>Comfortable in a fast-moving environment, with occasional out-of-hours support.</li></ul></div>
