SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS:To maintain, monitor &amp; control all administrative and operational aspects of the Workshop with major emphasis on handling clients including preparing service orders, estimates &amp; invoicing, parts &amp; materials procurement &amp; inventory control, team management &amp; job control, process insurance related estimates, approvals &amp; claims, etc.MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>Handle all clients courteously including receive &amp; deliver their cars, open service orders, follow up &amp; update progress, prepare &amp; send estimates, invoice jobs promptiy, etc:</li><li>Receive appointments &amp; manage scheduling based on workshop capacity;</li><li>Handle the workshop team &amp; control the workflow in the workshop efficiently,</li><li>Coordinate with the team for all parts &amp; materials requirements &amp; procure as needed;</li><li>Prepare &amp; place orders for stock &amp; for dally requirements:</li><li>Review inventory &amp; maintain minimum materials quantities based on the stock movement to facilitate smooth operations. Verify received materials &amp; update stocks in system.</li><li>Assist the Accountant in verifying costs, prices and totals of work orders ad required;</li><li>Assist the department in the administrative functions and handle paperwork such as receiving, filing, data entry, etc.</li><li>Prepare and conduct physical inventories on a regular basis periodically, as required:</li><li>Control all data entries, maintain records on workshop software, and generate reports as and when needed:</li><li>Report all concerns related to the clients, start, workshop, parts, etc. to the Workshop Manager;</li><li>Any other related work &amp; duties as assigned by the Workshop Manager.</li></ul>EXPERIENCE:Proven experience in automotive service coordination or a similar role within the automotive industry.EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in automotive services will be a plus.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, &amp; COMPETENCY:Knowledge or office administration, basic procedures of accounting, data processing, record keeping techniques. Ability to operate necessary office equipment including PC (MS Office Application-Word, Excel, PowerPoint and internet), perform mathematical calculations quickly and accurately; excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Job Type: Full-timePay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>How much is your expected salary?
