Role Summary Provide comprehensive administrative support to daily company operations while acting as the primary customer-service interface for the Commercial Department. The role ensures a smooth, professional client experience and enhances both internal and external communication efficiency.Responsibilities<ul><li>Front Desk &amp; Communication: Handle incoming calls, e-mails, visitors, and route inquiries quickly and professionally.</li><li>Customer Coordination: Schedule site surveys and installations; log and follow up all requests in the CRM until closure.</li><li>Document Support: Draft simple quotations, correspondence, and meeting minutes; file contracts and invoices (digital/physical).</li><li>Procurement &amp; Project Support: Track material requests, purchase orders, and delivery schedules in the ERP; update planners and project teams on status.</li><li>Reporting: Issue weekly summaries on customer inquiries, PO status, and basic admin metrics.</li><li>Office &amp; HR Records: Maintain attendance, leave requests, and petty-cash logs; keep employee files current.</li><li>Digital-Marketing Assistance: Monitor social channels, convert messages into leads, and help produce basic client communications.</li></ul>This position is open to Omani male candidates only, in line with Omanization policies and applicable regulations in the Sultanate of Oman.Job Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Are you Omani ?</li></ul>
