JD FOR Group Head of Human ResourcePosition Title: Group Head of Human ResourcesReporting To: Managing Director (MD) Employment Type: Full timeLocation: UAEPosition SummaryWe are seeking a seasoned and strategic Group Head of HR to lead the human resources function across multiple entities within our organization. This role reports directly to the Managing Director and plays a critical role in shaping and executing people strategies that support business growth, operational excellence, and a culture of integrity and inclusion.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic HR Leadership<ul><li>Partner with the MD and senior leadership to develop and implement group-wide HR strategies</li><li>Align HR initiatives with business objectives across all brands and entities</li><li>Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and change management efforts</li></ul>Compliance &amp; Governance<ul><li>Ensure HR policies and practices comply with UAE labor laws and international standards</li><li>Oversee sensitive matters including terminations, disciplinary actions, and grievance resolution</li><li>Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all HR dealings</li></ul>Talent Acquisition &amp; Development<ul><li>Drive recruitment strategies for leadership and critical roles</li><li>Implement robust onboarding, training, and succession planning programs</li><li>Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across all hiring and development practices</li></ul>HR Operations &amp; Systems<ul><li>Oversee payroll including end of service, benefits, and HRIS systems across the group</li><li>Standardize HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, and asset handovers</li><li>Monitor key HR metrics and provide regular reports to the MD</li></ul>Stakeholder Engagement<ul><li>Collaborate with Brand Heads, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams</li><li>Liaise with external partners including government bodies, legal advisors, and recruitment agencies</li></ul>Candidate ProfileQualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field</li><li>Progressive HR leadership experience required, preferably in multi-sector environments</li></ul>Skills &amp; Attributes<ul><li>Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR compliance frameworks</li><li>Exceptional communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills</li><li>Ethical, empathetic, and culturally aware</li><li>Proactive, solutions-oriented, and able to balance strategic vision with operational execution</li></ul>Why This Role MattersThis is a pivotal leadership role for a candidate who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about building high-performing, inclusive workplaces.
