Sales Merchandiser

Maintenance<ul><li>Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on refrigeration</li><li>Inspect components such as compressors, condensers, evaporators, fans, motors, and thermostats.</li><li>Clean coils, replace filters, and check refrigerant levels.</li></ul>Troubleshooting &amp; Repair<ul><li>Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system failures.</li><li>Repair or replace faulty parts and equipment.</li><li>Locate and repair refrigerant leaks, recover and recharge refrigerants safely.</li><li>Test system performance and verify repairs.</li></ul>Documentation &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and maintenance logs.</li><li>Report major issues or required upgrades to supervisors.</li><li>Follow company procedures and regulatory requirements for refrigerant handling.</li></ul>Safety &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Adhere to safety standards and environmental regulations (e.g., EPA/F-gas rules).</li><li>Use proper personal protective equipment (PPE).</li><li>Follow lock-out/tag-out and other safety procedures.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Must have a driving license.</li><li>Certificate or diploma in Refrigeration, HVAC/R, or Mechanical Technology.</li><li>Valid Refrigerant Handing Certification (country-dependent).</li><li>Minimum 1&ndash;3 years experience in refrigeration or HVAC preferred.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.</li><li>Knowledge of refrigeration cycles and system components.</li><li>Electrical wiring and mechanical repair skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently or as part of a team.</li><li>Good communication and customer service skills.</li><li>Attention to detail and safety-focused mindset.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
