Learn more at ACInfinity.com.PRIMARY DUTIES: &middot; Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries.&middot; Develop a thorough understanding of AC Infinity&rsquo;s products (training will be provided).&middot; Manage and support customer accounts.&middot; Assist customers via telephone, online chat, and email.&middot; Address both general and complex questions related to products.&middot; Guide customers through product setup and usage.&middot; Troubleshoot technical issues with products.&middot; Process orders and returns using various software programs.&middot; Proactively communicate with customers to resolve product or service issues.&middot; Deliver a friendly, effective, and high-quality customer experience.&middot; Ensure a consistently high level of customer satisfaction.&middot; Perform additional related duties as assigned.REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES:&middot; Strong communication skills.&middot; High reliability with respect to attendance and punctuality. Consistent tardiness will not be tolerated.&middot; Exceptional attention to detail and conscientiousness.&middot; Ability to read, write, and clearly relay written and verbal instructions.&middot; Regular, punctual attendance for all scheduled shifts is required.&middot; 1&ndash;2 years of customer service experience (preferred).&middot; E-commerce experience (preferred).&middot; Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.&middot; Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.&middot; Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.&middot; Ability to handle high volumes of calls, chats, and emails.&middot; Strong organizational and prioritization skills.&middot; Technical experience or background with electronics, DIY projects, or HVAC (a plus).&middot; Experience with a Customer Service Management (CSM) system (a plus).EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: &middot; High school diploma or equivalent required.&middot; Associate degree or higher preferred.&middot; 1&ndash;2 years of customer service experience.&middot; Basic math skills.AVAILABLE COMPANY BENEFITS:<ul><li>401(K) Program with company match.</li><li>Healthcare insurance for full-time employees (Medical, Dental, Vision).
