As Delhi&rsquo;s leading wedding planner offering both affordability and luxury, we serve clients across India and beyond.Position OverviewWe&rsquo;re looking for a passionate Event Operations Intern to support our operations team in sourcing and managing venues, vendors, artists, and event logistics across the country. If you thrive in dynamic settings and love the idea of crafting unforgettable moments, this role is for you.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Venue Booking &amp; Coordination</li><li>Assist in researching and shortlisting venues from ballrooms to scenic destination locales that fit clients&rsquo; visions, budgets, and guest lists. Manage site visits and compile venue comparison insights</li><li>Vendor &amp; Artist &amp; Entertainment Management</li><li>Source, vet, and liaise with a spectrum of vendors decorators, entertainers, hospitality partners, technical support, and more. Facilitate negotiations, confirm contracts, and manage deliverables.</li><li>Event Execution Support</li><li>Help oversee operations from pre-event planning through on-day coordination. Assist with timelines, setup logistics, vendor deliveries, and ensuring seamless flow during events.</li><li>Documentation &amp; Administration</li><li>Maintain and update databases for venues, vendors, and contracts. Prepare event checklists, coordination sheets, and assist in drafting summaries or reports post-event.</li><li>On-ground Support &amp; Travel</li><li>Be ready to travel for venue recce visits, vendor meetings, and event operations across India.</li></ul>Who We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Completed Diploma or Degree in Events</li><li>Have some experience in RSVP Hospitality, Venue Booking and Client servicing.</li><li>Enthusiastic about weddings, event planning, and immersive brand experiences.</li><li>Excellent communicator and negotiator, comfortable liaising with vendors and internal teams.</li><li>Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and a knack for multitasking in fast-paced environments.</li><li>Flexible and adaptable, comfortable with last-minute changes and dynamic coordination.</li><li>Tech-savvy with tools like spreadsheets, calendars, and communication platforms.</li><li>Willing to travel when needed, accommodating to varied timelines and locations.</li></ul>What You&rsquo;ll Gain<ul><li>Hands-on exposure to end-to-end event operations within the luxury wedding industry.</li><li>Firsthand experience sourcing venues, coordinating with vendors and artists, and executing high-impact events.</li><li>Mentorship from experienced professionals behind some of Delhi&rsquo;s most memorable weddings.</li><li>A certificate upon successful completion plus a recommendation to boost your professional journey.</li></ul>Internship Details<ul><li>Duration: 3&ndash;6 months (flexible)</li><li>Stipend: up-to 10K Inclusive of Travel</li><li>Start Date: ASAP.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Internship Contract length: 6 monthsPay: From &#8377;6,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Internet reimbursement</li></ul>Work Location: In person
