About the role
 
Acast is seeking a Vice President, Account Management (US) to lead and transform our U.S. sales support and client services organization. This executive will be a strategic operator and subject matter expert responsible for evolving the account management function into a scalable, high-performance, client-centric engine that drives retention, upsell, and revenue optimization.
This role will focus on building best-in-class internal processes, systems, and offshore/nearshore data management infrastructure to support a rapidly growing U.S. sales organization. The VP will lead premium client services for top-tier advertisers and agency partners while architecting a scalable support model that enhances seller productivity and revenue growth.
Compensation range: $220,000 - $240,000 annual + bonus 
 
What you'll do
Strategic Leadership &amp; Organizational Design<ul><li>
Define and execute the U.S. account management vision aligned with Acast&rsquo;s commercial strategy.</li><li>
Evolve the sales support structure to improve operational efficiency, seller enablement, and client satisfaction.</li><li>
Design and implement a scalable coverage model that supports enterprise, mid-market, and growth accounts.</li><li>
Partner with Sales, Ad Operations, Revenue Operations, Product, and Finance to ensure seamless cross-functional execution.</li></ul>
Process &amp; Systems Development<ul><li>
Serve as a subject matter expert in account management operations and client services.</li><li>
Develop and optimize internal processes, workflows, SLAs, and best practices to standardize execution across the U.S. organization.</li><li>
Lead CRM and systems enhancements to improve forecasting accuracy, tracking, renewals, and revenue optimization.</li><li>
Implement performance metrics and dashboards to measure retention, upsell, yield optimization, and client satisfaction.</li></ul>
Premium Client Services<ul><li>
Oversee enterprise-level account management for Acast&rsquo;s largest U.S. relationships</li><li>
Develop white-glove service frameworks tailored to premium clients.</li><li>
Lead strategic business reviews (QBRs), performance reporting, and executive-level client engagement.</li><li>
Identify and drive renewal, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities through data-driven insights.</li></ul>
Revenue Growth &amp; Optimization<ul><li>
Partner closely with U.S. Sales leadership to maximize long term value across accounts.</li><li>
Build structured upsell and optimization playbooks for the account management team.</li><li>
Implement revenue retention strategies and proactive renewal management frameworks.</li><li>
Leverage data and performance insights to identify incremental revenue opportunities.</li></ul>
Team Leadership &amp; Talent Development<ul><li>
Recruit, mentor, and scale a high-performing U.S. account management team (15-20 employees).</li><li>
Develop clear career paths and training programs to elevate subject matter expertise.</li><li>
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence.</li><li>
Create performance standards tied to retention, upsell, and client satisfaction metrics.</li></ul>
Who you are<ul><li>
12+ years of experience in account management, client services, revenue operations, or sales support leadership within digital media, advertising, ad tech, or related industries.</li></ul><ul><li>
Proven experience scaling sales support or account management teams in high-growth environments.</li><li>
Demonstrated expertise in offshore and nearshore operational management.</li><li>
Strong systems orientation, including CRM optimization and revenue reporting tools.</li><li>
Deep understanding of premium client services within advertising and media environments.</li><li>
Track record of driving upsell, renewal, and revenue optimization strategies.</li><li>
Experience leading U.S.-based enterprise client relationships.</li><li>
Exceptional cross-functional leadership and executive communication skills.</li></ul>

About the role
 
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically inclined Programmatic Adtech Solutions Coordinator to join our growing Acast Adtech Solutions team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our programmatic advertising campaigns for our valued clients. You will act as the primary technical liaison between our clients, internal teams and partners, providing exceptional support and expertise in all aspects of programmatic advertising.
Compensation range: $70K-$75K annual + bonus 
 
What you&acute;ll do<ul><li>
Reporting to the Senior Programmatic Adtech Solutions Manager</li><li>
Supporting Sales in the onboarding of new programmatic clients, including setting up accounts and supplying adtech solution recommendations presale.</li><li>
Manage the day to day health of the programmatic campaigns to ensure our deals are healthy through activations, optimizations and reporting to ensure we are meeting client expectations</li><li>
Provide ongoing technical support to clients, addressing any questions or concerns related to campaign setup, delivery, and reporting.</li><li>
Troubleshoot campaigns and technical issues related to delivery, tracking, and reporting, working closely with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. SSPs, DSPs) to resolve problems quickly and efficiently.</li><li>
Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimizations / upsell, providing insights and recommendations to sales.</li><li>
Track pacing and performance daily to ensure full delivery and KPI attainment</li><li>
Identify and proactively communicate delivery or performance risks along with collaborating with Account management team for recommended solutions</li><li>
Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and technologies in programmatic advertising, including new platforms, ad formats, and targeting options.</li></ul>
Who you are
<ul><li>You are passionate about advertising, technology, media and of course podcasts!</li></ul><ul><li>
1+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, inc. account management supporting agency sales efforts, with a strong understanding of the adtech ecosystem.</li><li>
Some experience with various ad platforms and technologies, including DSPs (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk, etc&hellip;) and /or SSPs (e.g., Adswizz, Google Ad Manager, Magnite, Xandr), and ad servers.</li><li>
An interest in learning about programmatic measurement tools, ad verification partners, 3rd party data providers &amp; technologies.</li><li>
Some experience in troubleshooting technical issues related to ad campaigns, tracking, and reporting.</li><li>
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.</li><li>
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.</li><li>
A demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously to meet objectives/key deadlines and follow through</li><li>
A working knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google products such as PowerPoint and Excel</li><li>
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>
You are a collaborative, reliable, proactive and highly independent with a desire to teach and help others</li></ul>
Bonus Points:<ul><li>
Experience with header bidding and other advanced programmatic techniques.</li><li>
Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations, such as CCPA.</li><li>
Familiarity with SQL and other data analysis tools.</li></ul>
