Job Description:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>
Lead and execute with excellence on HR services including Benefits, Compensation, HRIS, Payroll.</li><li>
Direct the administration of employee benefits programs including health and welfare plans, 401(k), worker&rsquo;s compensation, leave management, and wellness initiatives.</li><li>
Partner with our broker and other leaders to ensure employee benefit programs are aligned with Company strategy.</li><li>
Lead the compensation and incentives strategy; develop and manage guidelines and processes for the Company.</li><li>
Ensure benefits processes for open enrollment, new hire onboarding, life events, and offboarding are seamless and documented.</li><li>
Manage HR vendors and ensure accurate transmission of data to third parties.</li><li>
Own HR and Payroll compliance (SOX controls, ACA, ERISA notices, 5500 completions, OSHA Reporting, W-2s, payroll tax filings, etc.) Ensure reporting and filings are accurate, timely, and compliant with regulatory requirements.</li><li>
Drive the HR technology strategy to ensure alignment with the broader HR and business roadmap.</li><li>
Recommend and implement solutions that enhance the delivery of HR services, elevate the employee experience, and enable data-informed talent decisions.</li><li>
Develop scalable methodologies and tools to optimize HR operations and streamline core processes.</li><li>
Provide reporting and analytics to leaders and internal partners.</li><li>
Lead the optimization and ongoing management of the HRIS (Workday) to ensure it meets organizational needs.</li><li>
Oversee payroll with a focus on role definition, documenting procedures and ensuring compliance with federal, state and local laws and company policies.</li><li>
Implement policies to ensure compliance with HR regulations, including discrimination, safety and labor laws, pay equity, and data security initiatives.</li><li>
Create, audit and maintain job descriptions.</li><li>
Coordinate external audits.</li><li>
Stay up to date with wage and hour laws and tax regulations.</li><li>
Collaborate with executive leadership and HR staff to identify the needed improvements and enhancements to existing information services and databases; recommend and implement solutions.</li><li>
Provide training and support to Human Resources team members on Workday processes and reporting.</li><li>
Provide tools and training to managers and employees on Workday functionality.</li><li>
Lead / participate in HR projects and implementations.</li></ul>
QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or equivalent experience required</li><li>
10+ years in Total Rewards required</li><li>
2+ years of managing HRIS and Payroll experience preferred</li><li>
Prior experience using Workday required</li><li>
5+ years of supervisory experience</li><li>
High integrity, confidentiality, fairness, ethics, and good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions.</li><li>
High proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel</li><li>
Detail-oriented with excellent people skills; able to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks</li><li>

Base Pay Range:
$160,000-$180,000<div>
This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this position. The base salary will depend on a number of factors such as: qualifications, experience level, and skillset.
