<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Job Summary:</h3>
We are seeking a skilled ETL Lead with over 6 years of experience to design, develop, and optimize scalable data pipelines and drive end-to-end data integration solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with ETL tools, cloud platforms, and data warehousing best practices. This role involves both hands-on development and leading a small team to deliver high-quality, performance-optimized ETL workflows.
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Key Responsibilities:</h3>
<ul><li>Design and implement robust, scalable ETL workflows for processing both structured and unstructured data.</li>
<li>Architect and deliver complete data warehousing solutions for enterprise-grade systems.</li>
<li>Develop and manage data pipelines on cloud platforms such as Snowflake, Redshift, or Azure Synapse.</li>
<li>Ensure data quality, integrity, security, and compliance throughout all ETL processes.</li>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define data integration strategies.</li>
<li>Monitor and optimize pipeline performance for scalability and cost efficiency.</li>
<li>Lead and mentor a team of ETL developers, ensuring adherence to coding and design standards.</li>
<li>Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and support project delivery.</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Required Skills &amp; Experience:</h3>
<ul><li>6+ years of experience in ETL development and data integration.</li>
<li>Expertise in ETL tools such as Matillion, Informatica, Talend, SSIS, ADF, or AWS Glue.</li>
<li>Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages such as Python or Scala for automation.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Redshift, Azure Synapse, or BigQuery.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of data modeling, data lakes, and workflow orchestration tools like Airflow, ADF, or AWS Step Functions.</li>
<li>Excellent problem-solving skills and experience in leading or mentoring a development team.</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Preferred Qualifications:</h3>
<ul><li>Experience with performance tuning and cost optimization of ETL workflows.</li>
<li>Knowledge of real-time data processing and streaming technologies such as Kafka, Kinesis, or Azure Event Hub.</li>
<li>Familiarity with metadata management, data cataloging, and lineage tracking.</li>
<li>Experience with data security and compliance standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, or SOC 2.</li>
<li>Certifications in ETL tools, Snowflake, AWS, Azure, or GCP are a plus.</li></ul></div></div>
