About the Role:</b></p><p>
As an <b><i>IT Solutions Prospecting Specialist</i></b>, you&rsquo;ll be the first voice potential clients hear&mdash;and the first impression they remember. Your job is to open doors, spark curiosity, and qualify leads for our IT sales team. You&rsquo;ll research prospects, initiate contact through phone calls and emails, and set up meetings for our sales consultants. IT Solutions Prospecting Specialist - Full-Time

<div><p><b>Primary Goal:
</b></p><p>At its core, this role is about design and storytelling &mdash; creating compelling, visually engaging and brand consistent content that resonates with our audience and supports our business goals. You&rsquo;ll shape narratives through graphics, layouts, written content and campaign collateral that bring ideas to life and make complex concepts simple.
</p><p>Layered on top of this creative foundation, you&rsquo;ll also bring the added strength of leveraging digital channels &mdash; extending the reach of our collective work, optimizing performance across SEO, paid and social channels, and driving measurable growth in engagement, leads, and brand authority.
</p><p>This is a highly collaborative role: you&rsquo;ll work alongside marketing, sales and leadership to create ideas and campaigns, support revenue efforts, and ensure the brand consistently shows up with both creativity and impact.<br>

</b></p><p><b>Creative &amp; Design (Required)
</b></p><ul><li><div>Design and produce marketing assets across digital, print, and social (presentations, reports, infographics, ads, web visuals, one pagers).
</div></li><li><div>Develop and manage a content pipeline (case studies, blogs, whitepapers, sales collateral).
</div></li><li><div>Ensure messaging and brand identity are consistent across all touchpoints.
</div></li><li><div>Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate ideas into engaging creative outputs.
</div></li></ul><p><b>Storytelling &amp; Content Development (Required)
</b></p><ul><li><div>Craft clear, compelling narratives for campaigns, customer success stories and thought leadership across print, digital and audio/video mediums.
</div></li><li><div>Help give the brand a voice and visual style that resonates with target personas.
</div></li><li><div>Adapt content to different channels and formats &mdash; from longform to shortform, from copy heavy to fully visual.
</div></li></ul><p><b>Digital Amplification (Preferred)
</b></p><ul><li><div>Optimize content for SEO and discoverability.
</div></li><li><div>Support digital campaigns with creative assets (social graphics, ad designs, landing page content).
</div></li><li><div>Use analytics to measure how creative content performs and recommend adjustments.
</div></li><li><div>Contribute to funnel optimization with conversion focused design and messaging.
</div></li></ul><p><b>What Makes You a Fit
</b></p><ul><li><div>Required: Strong visual design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar), excellent writing/editing ability, and experience developing multiformat marketing assets.

</b></p><p><b>Required (Non-Negotiable):
</b></p><ul><li><div>Strong design skills with a professional portfolio (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or comparable).
</div></li><li><div>Excellent writing, editing and content creation abilities.
</div></li><li><div>Proven ability to translate brand/technical concepts into compelling campaigns and storytelling opportunities.
</div></li><li><div>Experience developing marketing collateral across formats (digital, print, sales enablement).

</b></p><ul><li><div>Working knowledge of AISO/SEO, SEM and digital marketing best practices.
