Key ResponsibilitiesOffice Administration &amp; Scheduling<ul><li>Schedule jobs and coordinate timelines</li><li>Track staff time cards and hours</li><li>Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)</li><li>Prepare and maintain business license requirements</li><li>Keep insurance policies up to date and complete reporting as required</li><li>Hiring New Staff</li></ul>Bookkeeping &amp; Finance<ul><li>Invoicing clients</li><li>Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)</li><li>Reconcile credit card and bank statements</li><li>Payroll processing</li><li>Cash flow tracking</li><li>Job costing</li><li>Sales tax reporting and preparation</li><li>401K preparation support and payroll tax tasks</li><li>Prepare monthly books for accountant review and year-end tax preparation</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in office administration and bookkeeping</li><li>QuickBooks experience required</li><li>Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment</li><li>Highly organized with strong attention to detail</li><li>Construction industry experience is considered an asset</li><li>Spanish is an asset (not required)</li></ul>Work Schedule5 days a week in officeHow to ApplyPlease apply with your resume and include a brief note outlining your relevant bookkeeping and QuickBooks experience.Job Type: Part-timePay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hourWork Location: Hybrid remote in Sparks, NV 89431
